Job Description & Required Qualifications:

Location: Zhejiang

1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, technical or engineering. Experienced practitioners in relevant fields such as the chemical industry would be preferred;

2. Oversee the quality of the lab operations. Ensure that manufactured Products meet Business Needs, Quality standards, and Customer Expectations. Ensure stringent adherence to quality standards, identify gaps, and take corrective action. Coordinate internally with technical development for a smooth transition to commercial production;

3. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System. Possesses experience in QA/QC audits for large enterprises. Conduct vendor audits review of formulations and specifications and be able to identify the issue's origin and cause and propose the best corrective and preventive action. Set up, coordinate, and monitor re-work strategies for rejected material which minimize cost and waste. Initiate necessary actions as per the Quality Management guidelines. Quality Lead Auditor experience and certification are preferred;

4. Very good communication and organizational skills, and ability to steer and motivate a team.
