Position: Associate R&D Specialist

Job Description & Required Qualifications:

Location: Zhejiang

 

1. Under 35 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above from a Project 985 or 211 university, majoring in Chemistry, Science, or Chemical Engineering, with relevant experience is preferred；

2. Keeps current with developments in the relevant area of technology and be a quick learner of new applications and technologies. Proficient in conducting Chinese and foreign technical literature searches, with strong analytical skills in chemical experimental instruments. Generates sound research data, interpretation of results, and data handling；

3. Conduct research and development efforts on Inorganic peroxides or Porous adsorbents in the lab using knowledge of scientific principles, theory, and experimental design by engaging in the research, demonstration, project initiation, development, and implementation;

4. Develop innovative technology that results in lower manufacturing costs or increased capacity.  Write research papers, draft and submit patent disclosures, and prepare project and trademark application materials；

5. Collaborates effectively across the departments. Develop and implement technical solutions through communication, and hands-on experimentation for defined research and application problems.
